Ten years ago, I was captivated by the charm of Japanese sake and shochu, which led me to change careers and enter the liquor industry. After spending several years training at a liquor store, I finally achieved my goal of opening my own shop in the nature-rich city of Osaka Sayama.

True to the name "Shukoujin" (酒幸仁), our concept is to "bring happiness to people through sake." We carefully select products that are delightful on their own and pair beautifully with food. With gratitude for every connection, we strive to convey the passion of the brewers and create a place where customers can enjoy sake with a smile.
