FAQ about sake

How should I store sake?

Store sake in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity. After opening, store in the refrigerator and enjoy within one week.

What is the alcohol content of this sake?

Generally, the alcohol content of sake is around 13% to 16%. Please check the individual product pages for details on each product.

What kind of food goes well with sake?

It goes well with a wide range of dishes, including fish and Japanese cuisine, as well as cheese and Chinese cuisine. We will be posting recommended pairing information on each product page in the future.

What is the shelf life of sake?

If unopened, the shelf life is approximately one year from the date of manufacture. However, please note that special types such as unpasteurized sake may have a shorter expiration date.

Do you have any recommendations on how to drink it?

You can enjoy it chilled, at room temperature, or warmed (kanzake). In the future, we will be listing the best ways to drink each product.

Purchasing and Shipping FAQ

How long does delivery take?

After placing your order, it will usually be shipped within 7 business days and delivered within 9 days after shipping. Depending on the area in Taiwan or Singapore, it may take longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and your delivery address, details will be available at checkout after entering your address.
For overseas shipping, we use Japan Post's "EMS", "Parcel" and "Regular" services.
It will also be for personal use only.

Can I cancel or return an order after it has been placed?

As this is a food product, we cannot accept returns in principle. However, if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB).

Are there any customs duties?

Customs duties may apply. They are not included in the price, so please pay them yourself upon receipt.

Do you offer refrigerated shipping?

For international shipping of sake, refrigerated shipping is not available. Therefore, we mainly sell pasteurized sake that is resistant to temperature changes and maintains its quality well at room temperature."

Are any special procedures required when making a purchase?

Our store primarily sells products for individual customers, so no additional procedures are usually required.
However, depending on the judgment of Taiwan Customs, additional procedures may be necessary.
In such cases, customers will be required to complete the necessary procedures themselves. We appreciate your understanding.
