Shipping Locations

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

• Singapore
• Taiwan

Shipping Schedule

Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days after being placed and are expected to be delivered within approximately 9 days after shipment. Depending on the region within Taiwan or Singapore, additional delivery time may be required.

Our store is based in Osaka. Orders will be shipped via Japan Post. Please note that unexpected circumstances such as natural disasters may cause delivery delays.

Shipping Fees

Each order can contain up to 6 bottles. If you wish to purchase more than 6 bottles, please place multiple separate orders. The allowable number of bottles may vary depending on the destination country, so please check with your local customs office in advance if necessary.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the number of bottles ordered and the shipping destination. We determine accurate shipping costs based on the weight of the order.

Please note that shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Taxes & Duties

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your cart at checkout. However, taxes and duties are not included and must be paid by the customer.

All orders are shipped as "Duties and Taxes Unpaid." Please check with your local customs authority for further details.

Other Remarks

Refrigerated shipping is not available for international orders. While we accept orders year-round, we recommend placing orders during colder seasons to ensure the quality of the sake. For this reason, we primarily offer pasteurized (heat-treated) sake.

We carefully package sake bottles using carton boxes and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
