4. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged or defective during shipping, or if an incorrect item was sent, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
  • For returns due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Refunds
