In August 2024, this limited-edition sake was selected from among the aged stock during the "nomikiri" process, where the optimal aging condition is evaluated. It is a Junmai Genshu from the 2014 vintage. The color is pale yellow, with aromas of ripe fruits. It has a rich and mellow umami, balanced by soft acidity, offering a refreshing finish that belies its 10 years of aging. (From the brewery's website)
