A rich aroma reminiscent of bananas. Upon tasting, you may notice a hint of sweetness, but it is quickly overwhelmed by a powerful spiciness, making it an extremely dry sake.

Aiming to Convey the "Banshu Character"
Tsubosaka Shuzō was founded in the 6th year of the Kan'ei era (1629) in Nakadera, Kōdera Town, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. Due to climatic issues, the brewery relocated to its current site in Maenoshō, Yumesaki Town, in the 2nd year of the Bunka era (1805). The brewery continues to pass down the technique and tradition of natural fermentation that can only be achieved in Yumesaki Town.
