100 % of Hiroshima Prefecture Yamada Nishiki is used. The bottle grows carefully from FY2018 to squeeze pumps of pure rice sake, which is good at Mikura. The taste of transparent pale yellow and lightly roasted nuts spread comfortably, and the throat is a dry pure rice sake that cuts off.
The recommended way to eat is at room temperature and warm warm.
