【A traditional Hiroshima sake: “Dry, yet nectar-like.”】
Founded in 1860 (Man’en 1). In the mid-Meiji period, the brewery consolidated more than twenty different sake labels into a single brand—“Suishin.”
As the second-generation head was 고민 over what to name it, an elderly white-haired man appeared in his dream and told him, “It should be called Suishin (Yoigokoro).” Thus, Suishin was born.
A Hiroshima tradition described as “dry, yet nectar-like,” Suishin has continued to captivate and delight many sake lovers to this day.

Suishin is also known as the sake most loved by the master Japanese painter Taikan Yokoyama.
