~ Hokuyo Junmai Daiginjo “Super Dry” ~

Although it is classified as a Junmai Daiginjo, this is an extra-dry sake we hope you’ll enjoy as an everyday, go-to bottle—one that stays close at hand.
It’s not “dry” only; it also delivers a solid rice umami. Highly recommended as a food-pairing sake.

[Sake Crafted to Pair with Seafood]
Founded in 1925. Uozu Port, the local harbor, once flourished as a base for fleets engaged in North Pacific fisheries, and it is said the brand was named “Hokuyo” in tribute to that prosperity.
Since then, the brewery has consistently crafted sake meant to complement seafood, using abundant underground spring water from the Tateyama mountain foothills, Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, and Oyama Nishiki, Toyama’s first self-developed sake rice—continuing to brew sake worthy of its name and origin.
