—Miharu Hojun Gomangoku Junmai Ginjo Genshu—
This sake is bottled after a single pasteurization of the freshly pressed genshu (undiluted sake) and is stored under low-temperature management. It features a pleasant aroma reminiscent of melon and banana, with a silky sweetness as its hallmark. While the sweetness is apparent, it finishes cleanly and smoothly without lingering on the palate. Experience the exquisite craftsmanship of toji (master brewer) Teppei Saito!

Fukushima Prefecture Miharu Sake Brewery

In pursuit of meticulous sake brewing
Miharu Sake Brewery is a sake brewery located in the small castle town of Miharu-cho, home to Takizakura, one of Japan's three most famous cherry blossom trees.
Using underground water from the Abukuma Mountains and utilizing the excellent techniques of our Nanbu Toji brewers, we pursue "meticulous sake brewing."
