[Heiwanishiki Shuzo – Over 170 Years of Brewing Tradition in Oku-Mino]

Founded over 170 years ago in the serene and picturesque region of Oku-Mino, Heiwanishiki Shuzo is a small brewery that has continued its sake-making tradition since the Edo period. Now led by the 13th generation, sake is brewed with heart and soul in a 170-year-old earthen-walled storehouse, using the blessings of Oku-Mino's natural environment.

To be honest, our annual production is nowhere near the scale of major sake makers.
We lack the latest equipment and manpower.
However, it is precisely because we are a small brewery that we can create sake by hand, filled with care and character.

Utilizing our heritage, the rich climate of Oku-Mino, and the craftsmanship of our toji (brew master), we strive to deliver sake that brings joy to our customers.
Though our scale may be small, our passion is no less than that of any large brewery.
We would be honored if even one more person could experience the sake born from that passion.
