Yamagata Prefecture Rokkasen
Sake brewing that makes the most of the brewer's sensibilities
The name Rokkasen was chosen with the desire to create a sake that would gently resonate in people's hearts, just like the poems written by the Heian period poets known as the Rokkanin.
We treasure the blessings of Yamagata's nature and the dialogue with invisible microorganisms, and make the most of human sensibilities to brew sake that can be enjoyed with joy under the slogan "Japanese sake."
Enjoy the profound depth of Japanese sake through the unique flavors of Rokkasen. We will continue to explore the infinite possibilities of Japanese sake.
