Miharu Gomangoku Junmai Ginjo Genshu
This sake is bottled after a single pasteurization of freshly pressed genshu and stored at low temperatures.
It features an aroma reminiscent of melon and banana, with a silky sweetness. While it has a noticeable sweetness, it does not linger on the palate, finishing smoothly and cleanly.

Fukushima Prefecture Miharu Sake Brewery

In pursuit of meticulous sake brewing
Miharu Sake Brewery is a sake brewery located in the small castle town of Miharu-cho, home to Takizakura, one of Japan's three most famous cherry blossom trees.
Using underground water from the Abukuma Mountains and utilizing the excellent techniques of our Nanbu Toji brewers, we pursue "meticulous sake brewing."
