The land of Ise, blessed with the sea of Ise Bay, the Miyagawa and Kushidagawa rivers, and the Kii Mountains—rich in nature’s gifts of sea, rivers, and mountains.
Its lush greenery and warm climate provide high-quality water and rice, making it a place long known for its suitability for sake brewing.
The region also boasts abundant blessings from both land and sea, and in ancient times was known as Miketsu-kuni, a land that supplied food to the Imperial Court.
In a place with such a rich food culture, sake must also harmonize with meals and gently nourish the heart.
Here, in Japan’s sacred land of Ise, we strive to craft sake that tenderly fulfills the hearts of those who drink it.
Born in this land, we have continued to brew such sake, one cup at a time.
