Our brewery is located in the historic and traditional town of Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. We use locally sourced Yamada Nishiki and Kaminoho rice, focusing on preserving the umami of the rice to create sake that enhances culinary experiences. Additionally, our carefully crafted sake, made together as a couple, has received high praise in international competitions such as the IWC* and KURA MASTER*.
